Suzie, seems amazing. I'm so happy you have her. As I watched the film I thought "And there she is with the dog I want!" lol!
I think a lot about getting a service dog. It would make a huge difference in my life, especially when out in public. But I have crazy high standards when it comes to taking care of animals and I worry that I wouldn't be able to take care of one properly. - No vet bills and no bad days? No problem! But it's not as simple as that. I would want (and demand!) the best for someone that important to me.
I was so excited to see you had Suzie! It sounds like Heeling Allies did an incredible job training her with skills specific to you. If I'm ever able to get a dog, I may contact them. Thank you for talking a little about her and where she came from.
